4.2 Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• To use the bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be completed.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after the bonus is activated, the bonus may be cancelled.
• A member may not claim more than one welcome bonus.

5.2 Other Bonuses and Offers

• Special promotions, cashback and tournament offers are provided from time to time.

5.3 VIP Program

The 333cd VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Higher tiers can be reached step by step through regular gaming activity. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — at varying rates from Bronze through to Diamond.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 333cd reserves the right to cancel bets placed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 and ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA events), volleyball and other sports is conducted according to the applicable rules. The decision of the recognised results authority is final in determining outcomes.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

6.4 Bet Limits

333cd reserves the right to set or change bet limits for any member. Additional verification may be carried out in cases of unusual betting patterns.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to claim bonuses or benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to defraud the platform through betting systems or strategies.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering.
• Attempting to play games using automated bots or software.
• Stealing another user's information or attempting to hack.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Gaining an advantage by colluding with other members to coordinate gaming outcomes.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Our Rights

333cd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close or suspend any account for any reason, particularly on suspicion of rule violations. This decision may be made without prior notice.

8.2 Closure at User Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the support team. If all applicable wagering requirements have been met before the account is closed, the remaining real balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An administrative fee may apply to accounts that have been completely inactive for a long period (12 months or more). Prior notice will be given by email.
